I did a Google search and came up with nothing. I wanted the Porsche font a few months back for a project and it was easy to find. Fonts are usually easy to find and install.

I don't think that is the 964 script - that looks like a 996 logo.
In the 964 logo, the "a" is not open at the top, it is closed. The 993 logo is the same but smaller.
The 996 logo is like above with the top of each of the two a's being open.
The logo in my avatar is from the 964.

p.s. I know it was not the question but...

Marc, David, both helpful replies, thanks I learnt something ..... Anyway if you guys have a high-res pic of the logo/pic/whatever it's called, please send it on. I want to make a nice custom badge/crest/moniker call it what you like, using that, for my cars.
