Try www.partsheaven.com. They sell parts from wrecked Porsches and have all sorts of parts. Their inventory changes based on what comes in, so you may have to check back from time to time if they don't have one now. I would call rather than relying solely on what's listed on the web site.

I would gladly sell you mine, w/all of the brackets, etc. The only reason I would hold onto it is in case the next owner wanted it due to originality.

I will not re-install it for the duration of my ownership of the vehicle. It seems to run cooler w/out it as a lot more air runs across the bottom of the engine/trans.

I live in Virginia Beach, Va. - so I'm fairly close to MD, maybe we can arrange picking it up/delivery as it would be fairly cumbersome to ship?? Let me know, all it's doing is taking up room in my garage!

You know, for some reason, I've still got that big hunk of plastic hanging out in my garage. I have no intentions of selling my car unless I wake up one day with enough money to buy a 98 C4S - so if you want it you can have it, and I live about 5 minutes south of Baltimore (Millersville, right next to Glen burnie) which should be an easy trip. I also have the brackets to accompany it, the bolts, and even the metal shield that goes under the cat converter. Lemme know.

Question

Well, maybe you will run cooler but I have read that the engine cover helps with groundforce AND smoother airflow. Equals better speed and handling. Porsche designed the whole set of 964 undertrays for this reason. Why change?
?????
Suspect the list may be split on this one.

Daryl,

The only reason I want one is to return my 964 to 100% originality, really nothing more than that.
