Post Interior code TS

Can anyone tell me the color/composition (full, partial leather) of this interior code? I've searched a gazillion archives but I can't find an interior code list. Thanks.

Where are you getting the interior code from? Most of Porsche interior codes are 3 characters.

PS. I deleted the duplicate posts.

There have been a few questions asked around interior exterior colour codes on the 993 board recently so PeterS put this together that might provide some clues and ideas. It doesn't give your code but his lead on internet searching should get you the answer. <a href="http://forums.rennlist.com/forums/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=006766" target="_blank">http://forums.rennlist.com/forums/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=006766</a> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" />

Thanks Bill for the editing job, I was mortified when I saw the duplicate posts. Tim, thanks, I had seen that thread and about twenty others here and on other boards-as far as I can tell there isn't a comprehensive list of interior codes-anywhere! Code 'TS' continues to be a mystery, I'm going to ask the question to the PCA Exterior and Interiors guru, maybe he'll know.

Dear Damian,
There is but it has not been published yet. TS is the code given to a model which will be finished off by a dealer. An example of this is the Turbo S2 which had the code TS2. TS on its own means basically nothing. The leather interior codes are many. Every individual part covered in leather has its own code. Very few Porsches actually have a true full leather interior. With exterior colour codes there are actually two codes. The brochure code and the internal factory paint code. This causes some confusion as well.
Ciao,
Adrian

Thanks, Adrian. I guess what I was after is something along the lines of the list posted by PeterS found in the link above mention by Tim. Although those codes aren't complete (re full, partial, or no leather) they at least give the color. I know TT is Classic Grey, partial leather, as that's what's on my car. I'm guessing those codes are the general interior color/material, to which you could add the leather visors, vent grilles, etc, etc.

The TS code is on a 968 with Midnight Blue Pearl paint L37W, and is listed with that color in the usual place in the Maintenance book. That makes me think it's a valid color/material code. The hunt is still afoot!

Cool

Hello, there is a complete list of interior color
codes on <a href="http://www.type-911.co.uk." target="_blank">www.type-911.co.uk.</a> When you log on,go
to accessories, then interior. This list gives
three digit codes for interior colors.
I have no connection to Type 911. This site has
good prices on certain P-car parts.

Dear Damian,
Now you have me confused. Is this TS after the paint code or in the options section following the county code. Drop me an email with maybe a low res scan of the label in question. You see TS is a TEquipment code and that was what I thought you were referring to.
Ciao,
Adrian

PS: It also amazes me what people put up on their sites that they have pinched from copyrighted documents. I spent ages getting the right permissions and then I see that stuff. Oh well not my problem.

You might call Porsche customer service in Atlanta at 800-PORSCHE, give them the VIN and ask what code/color they show for their records.

Adrian, the TS is after the paint code in the usual location for an interior code. I think Roy has the answer I'm after, thanks to all for your efforts!

Dear Damian,
I have been locked out for a couple of days and not been able to reply. I realised which code you meant after I logged off last time. These two letter codes such as TS, BH (mine) are the calculated codes for a combination of interior codes. As Roy points out they are included in the order guides as a general guide. Another TS may well not be the same as yours. Unfortunately all my order guides are in the USA at the moment.
I have not tried to make up comparison lists because I know they will be wrong. Anyway, it is nice to see you got the answer.
Ciao,
Adrian

Adrian, I'm getting more confused as we go along. Every car with a TT interior code I've seen in Classic Grey throughout, partial leather. And IIRC other codes follow in the same manner. Do you mean to say that TT could mean something other than that?

We'll be having over 60 968's this April at a meeting, I'm checking every darn one for paint and interior codes to try and figure this out.
