Nice drive in Randall 's 964 ...........
Last week;
I was visiting together with my wife, "The Granaas Family" in Dana Point California.
We where in California for holidays and visited Randall and Eva on a Sunday.
We took the 964 from Randall for a ride thru the nice city of Dana Point [Ca].
It was very nice to drive a 964 with a 993 engine and gearbox.
I noticed that the engine runs very well, and so worked the clutch also very smooth, smoother then most of the 964's will ever do. Also no sticky clutch pedal in hot condition.
Thanks Randall,
It was a nice drive in your targa.
Greetings,
Arjan

Hi Arjan,
Glad to see you've returned home safely. The pleasure was ours, and we hope to see you again next time you're in the states.
Next time we're in your area of Europe, we'll be sure to stop in and visit. Also, look forward to seeing the photos you took while you were here.

Randall,
Also, if you ever find yourself in London let me know so we can go for a drive on the wrong side of the road (but correct side of the car as its left hand drive).

Hi Riccardo,
Yes, I'll be sure to do that. Actually, we were planning on visiting England this fall. But, da' wife decided she wanted to visit friends and relatives in Shanghai and Tokyo. I think we'll be headed to England in 2003.
Any Rennlisters in Shanghai or Tokyo?
Actually, I'm a little surprised we don't have (as far as I'm aware) any Japanese 964 (or 993) owners on Rennlist.

Dave! You've lived here (Atlanta) long enough to know, it's "you-all"

Hmmmmm .... 3000 miles x 2 = 6000 miles. Quite a road trip!
I presume one of your fine Southern wives will fix us up some grits when we arrive.
