Nice Ryan. I've never seen this combination of black leather and red piping before. In fact I've never seen red piping overhere. First one I saw was on Kevin's with light grey and red piping. Must be a British thing probably. Enjoy the car.

Looks very clean. Nice red piping on those black seats. Have to agree with Johny-G on the spoiler. It's a usual sight to see those broken, but yours is still firmly intact. Appears that you've made a worthy purchase.

Thanks for the comments guys...
FYI the car is 100% original, even the original Blaupunkt cassette/ radio that sounds as good as the day it was installed! 50,000mls, I even have the original tags from the leather seats verifying they are leather and how to maintain them!
Here's the big question....DO I MODIFY / DON'T I MODIFY ???? One day I think modify (new suspension, wheels, mirrors etc), the next not

What I will say is that I had exactly the same dilemma when i first got my 964, after all its a classic right ? Why would you change a classic, that would be like adding a bit of extra color to a painting you just bought. I decided though, that the idea of buying the car was to enjoy it and at the same time "make it mine". Some people like to express their ownership by keeping the car pristine, care for it loveingly and preserve the original Porsche specification, others ( me included) like to make ours faithful to the original with a few bits of our own personality thrown in.
Their is no right or wrong, the common thread for all is that we love our cars and get a great deal of pleasure from simply looking at them, caring for them, talking about them and of course driving them.
My advice... if you plan to keep her, then do what you feel comfortable with on the car to maximise your enjoyment, if you purchased your 964 with a view to trading up ( if that's possible) in the future, then maybe a non-modified car will have broader appeal in the future ?
Either way, I am sure you will enjoy !
Best wishes
Al.

I was in the same dilema but have decided to do only mods that are reversible. All bits I've put on so far can be taken off and originals replaced to make it totally stock if I ever want to or.....heaven forbid.....decide to sell.

You made a fine purchase, I would just enjoy it for a while and make the decision for mods later.
Mine was not ragged out by any means at 51,000, but it was in less than desirable condition. So the slate was ptretty much cleared, although I decided to keep it as close to stock as possible. There are some pics of a portion of my work in progress shortly after purchase on thread "Project 964, wish I had more". This included a little body repair and some paint work.
