Default Porsche sport design 18s

Anyone know how much these weigh?

Anyone running them...feedback? If so what size spacers did you need to use front/back?...also what's the ride like?

Thanks,

Sorry for the late reply...

You mean those ones:

I bought those 18" sport design wheels (which were an option on a 996 C2).

8x18 ET 52 front and 10x18 ET 65 rear (had to put 15mm spacers on rear). Tyres are 225/40/18 and 265/40/18.

They perfectly fit, it does not rub.

I don't know the weigh, but to my experience, not so far from the heavy 17" original cup wheels.

It is uncomfortable, but not more than on a 964 turbo 3,6L where 18" were standard

A+

PS: don't forget to upgrade suspensions also if you go for 18" wheels

I think I have heard they are quite heavy, I think Viken on one of the other boards (GT2/GT3) will be able to tell you...he seems to have an encyclopedic memory of these things. Or maybe even search? Nice wheels though but too PITA to clean for me. And too heavy

Another option would be to call Wheel Enhancement -- I'd be interested in knowing the weight, too, tho like Christer I seem to recall them being pretty weighty.

Per Wheel Enhancement

18x7.5 22 lbs
19x9 27 lbs

I didn't ask them for the weight on 10's because I am going to run 255/35/18 on 9's. 255's are the closest to stock diameter you can get with an 18x9. It is .68% taller diameter.
