Not sure, it's a nice car certainly, but it's probably the tip.
He turned down a $36K bid a while back, this last relisting ended at $30,800 but this thread would seem to indicate that it did not go through.

Inexplicably, all the while he kept driving it - and so what once was a 2000-mile car when he first tried to sell it, became a 10,000-mile car - which also decreased the value.
