tony, your whole car needs painting ! I missed the bit about how the carbon bonnet came along....an attempt to get more understeer ?

Be careful leaving it unpainted. Unless its been clearcoated with UV protection agents mixed in, it will turn green when exposed to the sun in no time.

As far as preference, I kinda like it unpainted

I decided after seeing a few big accidents and nearly being in my own that a cage would be a good idea. Since my C2 is comparatively heavy and adding a cage would make things worse some weight saving measures were needed, hence the carbon parts.

First impressions on Tuesday are that the drop in weight has improved front end bite even though no weight has been lost at the rear, although this may be in part due to the new coilovers.

Cage not in yet as it didn't fit

The car was to be polished by 9M but apparantly most of the paint has already been polished off obviously not by me.
