Default Michelin PS2's No Longer Available

What good options are there?

Running 225/45/17 front and 245/40/17 rear.

Anyone have opinions on the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S's?

Thanks for your help - Chip

I should add, about half of my driving is during the colder months. We very seldom have the roads salted.

I just bought a set of Continental Extreme Contact Sports. They get very good ratings, always neck and neck with Michelin PSS or PS2.

Are PS2s actually discontinued or just out of stock?

Tire Rack told me discontinued. I did not inquire if that meant the model or just the sizes I require.

Most all Michelin tires are produced here or close by to my home. I may need to dig a little deeper.

I'm reading some on the Continentals to see what's what.

I have a little bit of time. Fronts are pretty good. Rears are not far from their wear indicators.

That's interesting. The PS4S isn't available as a 17" tyre in the UK. I went with the PS4 and they seem fine to me.
