Just unclipping a small part of it. This is rear shelf removed and far back in the side rear recess of the rear shelf area. It’s not easy to see back in there. There is no disturbance of the headliner bar the small metal clip that is undone.

Take out as much from the interior as you can, pick a day and pop down- we will have one person in the car and one outside and a hose...with that much water in the car- should be a pretty apparent leak if it comes from above.
