Not sure if they have exact pricing published anywhere, but I will say to use your existing shifter and boot, you will be slightly north of $300. There are other add-ons such as the Billet shifter, Delrin Shift ****, and Swine11 Re-boot for an additional charge. I decided to get it all. All in, about double the base kit.
I am told this is an introductory price and it will go up on the next run.
I don't think the pricing is a secret, but in case it is, please don't quote my post in case I need to remove the cost.

Just curious, has anyone installed their Sleepers kit yet? I received mine months ago, but haven't installed it yet. Would love to hear about how it feels and how installation was.
I ended up buying a new boot as my stock was not in great shape. I think I am also going to have the rod powder coated flat black and I may grind a notch around the shifter for the top of the boot to nestle into. It is a VERY tight fit as the shifter is much thicker than the top of the boot.

I reached out to Sleepers about buying a kit, but never heard back. Do you think it would be possible to use a different **** with their setup?

One of the advantages with the FDM AWD SSK is that you don't need to "dimple" the tunnel cover. They updated the design of the shifter to make it shorter than the 2WD version to make it fit in the tunnel. I actually have both in hand right now. Will share a pic later to show what I am talking about. Also the comment about the golden rod... Yes you should get it to complement the ssk as it replaces the rubber bushing joint with a solid one making the shifts more direct. As a consequence there is more nvh felt in the shifter which is a nice

Take the Rubber shift bellow and flip it inside out, cut about 50-60% of the big rubber block portion off. You can then use a bit of water based lubricant and lubricate the opening in the shift bellow, reach from underneath and spread and pull down and over the shifter and it will fit. We've used this method to get the bellow to slide over the integrated shift **** on the Rothsport shift **** with great success so it should work perfect for the Sleepers version where you can remove the ****.

Here are pics of the 2WD shifter vs AWD shifter by FDM. The 2WD version is longer and thus requires you to dimple the tunnel cover if you wanted to use the 2WD shifter in a AWD car. The updated Awd version is shorter so no need for the tunnel cover modification. Besides the shifter itself the forward rod is different too. Longer for the 2WD version and bolts on the subframe whereas the AWD version snaps on the torque tube.
I had started the 2WD conversion on my AWD car, and changed course back to keeping the car AWD. Contemplated using the 2WD SSK that I had already bought with the AWD system, but didn't want to deal with the headache of building a custom forward rod and dimpling the tunnel cover that I ended up buying the AWD version instead after consulting with Darin at FDM about my options.
