Removing trailing arms?

Removing trailing arms?
I'm refreshing my bushings on the C4 and have been trying to do some research on removing the trailing arm but am coming up blank.
I haven't found much online to make sure I'm not banging my head against the wall.
It seems quite straight forward:
Am I missing something, or do I just need to use leverage (and maybe heat) to break it loose?
Any tips or tricks for the spring plates, too? They'll be pulled, cleaned up and have monoballs installed.
Thanks,
Joe

It seems quite straight forward:
- unhook everything attached to trailing arm
- remove caliper/rotor
- remove axle nut
- remove sharkfin
- undo bolt behind sharkfin
- undo inner bolt (connected to spring plate)
- disconnect shock from trailing arm
- remove trailing arm
