This topic is very interesting as I'm considering a turbo. I love my 964 but am thinking about a 993TT or a 964 turbo. I've run across a couple of cars that look real interesting. One is a 1994 with the X88 option.
Adrian, I looked in you book (which by the way your going to autograph at LeMans this year) and saw a passing comment about the X88 option. What exactly did the option entail? This car is a '94 Turbo with 45K miles, price is $55K US. Owner in ad claim 500bph. Would this indicate that some upgrades were added or did the X88 produce that much horsepower?

If you visit the RUF site, www.ruf-automobile.de and check under pre-owned cars (you need to select English first) you will see they have a very nice rather powerful Turbo suitable for tracking.
