Where does engine lid wiring harness disconnect?
Hi all, swapping engine lids to one with a fixed spoiler. Where is the connection (hence "disconnect ") for the wiring harness? Looks like the wire bundle goes into the body just forward of the passenger side lid hinge.
Thanks in advance!

BTW: Do NOT sell your existing lid (except to me of course). It's a world of pain putting a car back to original if you sold the parts.

[QUOTE=makoshark72;14763470]Thanks, it' pretty tight in there! Skinned knuckles in my immediate future[/QUOTE
Got the harness disconnected..now just bag up and seal up the cannon plug loose end left on the car?? And is there anything I can do to prevent a dash light from illuminating, short of covering it with black tape??
Nope, I usually keep ALL original parts
Thanks

You can disconnect the spoiler control unit to avoid the warning light.

If I recall correctly ... the disconnect for the spoiler control module is passenger side front footwell, back under the glove box.
Best hint I recall was to follow a line up from your left big toe while sitting in the passenger seat.
