You AC drain tube is clogged. Mine did that this summer too and scared the crap out of me. The drain tube vents out at the bottom of the car by the fuel pump cover. Stick something in the tube to unseat the clog, then it will drain.

Day 3, Indianapolis to Wamego Kansas.

Took it very easy today. drove 8hrs. Couple stops. put two pillows in the seat. My back feels much better. drive was much better than yesterday. not much traffic, the road was pretty good. not too eventful tho.

Water is now dripping under the car. no more dripping inside.

If you have time, take a night in telluride. It's worth the trouble. Lots of great places to eat/drink and catch some views of of the rockies. Ride the gondola up to San Sophia peak.

every time I did pikes peak I always found so much traffic it wasn't even fun. The view though was special.

the rise is pretty hard on engine and brake, make sure you check the water level 🤡

I had the pleasure of driving on some of Colorado's back roads earlier this year. You're in for a treat!

Make sure if you do go to Pikes Peak that you do it around mid-week. Otherwise there will be traffic, lots of it - bikes, cars, trucks, dune buggies (not kidding). And at this time of the year you can expect to see some snow...

day 4, arrived at colorado springs. Drove thru a lot of nothingness in Kansas. car loves chill air. temperature has been awesome. didn't even need ac. And it got down to 40s in Co.

Here's some info of my car. It has a lot of miles. too much that I want to put more and more on this car. while still with the original motor. It hit 158k + today.

drove 1700 miles thus far, filled about 1/4 qt of oil. i replaced the battery with a tiny lithium ion battery (4lbs) just before the trip. so far so good. tempt "clear bra" is falling apart lol. have been patching with blue tapes.

car has pole position seats so I added two flight pillows for better support. back is comfortable after 8hrs.

Suspension is koni adjustable with hr purple springs. Ride quality is firm and compliant. should put them to test tomorrow

I am actually in worse state than the car. Got a cold going on. running nose =/= fun.

I love it when people drive these cars.
Your clear bra may not look pretty, but it's doing the job. I have seen some type of protective film that automakers use when they transport cars. I think they sell rolls of it on Amazon.

day 5 in Pikes peak.

car has so little power above 10,000 feet. really struggling.

I still managed to do 3 passes on Pikes peak. I went there super early as I was the 3rd car entered the park. beautiful drive. got a little excited coming down the mountain on the first pass. my front brake was fading and smoking.

crazy climate changes as I drove to Durango. I saw snow, rain, thick fog, sunny sky... you can't ask for a more exciting drive.

car still performs well. except the struggle on high altitude.

off to San Juan skyway then to head to Utah tomorrow.
