Nice. What's the collective noun for a group of 964's anyway?

BTW I'd be pissed off if someone wrote in the dirt on MY dark metallic paintwork. And who on earth is that in the leopardskin miniskirt?! A passing welsh hitch-hiker?

Shame the targa couldn't wear stock wheels for the day, IMO..

Sorry, that all sounds a bit grumpy - still looking forward to the article of course!

Hmmmm. Perhaps: a "rush."?

A "speed." ... my favorite, as in "a speed of 964s roared by." J

Nice one Joe. I thought a 'yeowl' on a good day or a 'plough' on a bad day..

John

I take it you're not a professional photographer?? I ask because I would bet money that THE professional photograher that was there on the day would have been really not too happy about somebody else using all their setups. Its a bit like asking someone for a lend of their wife/girlfriends/car when they've finished with it.

Nice photos though!

Hey John,
The pro, Alistair Cusick, was happy to encourage us amateurs to the extent of letting us climb up his step ladder in between his shots. He had two major set-ups and I personally have taken care to point out when a shot of mine uses one.
So, you've lost your bet. How would you like to send me the money and apology?
John

Did he have a choice. Most photographers I know would rather let the swarming David Baileys get their shots than upset the paying client by showing their annoyance.

It is possible that Alistair is a great, friendly guy who was, indeed, happy to have others taking snaps while he was working. On the other hand, its possible that he wasn't.

Al is a great, friendly guy (well, for a Brummy ). It's not unusual for car owners to take their own pix during photoshoots, and I've never known a photographer to complain. The pix were being taken for the owners' benefit and not for commercial use.

Cheers
