I'm selling my completely redone by Advanced Automotion gearbox. It has custom 3rd thru 6th gears and Wavetrac limited slip differential. All syncros. seals and sleeves have also been replaced. The Transaxle has 0 miles. Still strapped to the pallet it was shipped on. It was intended for my V8 968 that has since been sold. no other items beyond the transaxle box is included. It cost me $5990 (4490 for the rebuild, 300 shipping and 1200 for the transaxle). Selling for $4K. You pay for shipping and make the arrangements.

You got a steal, I am not sure how you got it done so cheap. My gears and R&P alone cost $14K, the whole job was near $18K. I am interested in yours as well, where are you located?

 

I'm in Miami, Fla. The R&P is still stock. the gears from 3 to 6 are what changes.

Awesome, I am up north a bit one hour north of Tampa, but I live in CA most of the time. My step dad has an GMC Envoy pretty sure it would fit in the back. That would avoid shipping. I bought it Patrick, he got a great deal on this. Mine cost four times this much, and that was before I polished it. I do like my gearing better but this will suffice for my new 968 turbo build.

i'm running these *ratios with my v8.

couldn't be happier.

i'm at about **104mph at 3000 rpm in 6th.

5th is great too for state highways, uphill climbs, etc. you're always in the perfect gear.


*i'm running a taller 1.23 ratio for 3rd for the few extra cubic inches.

**speed running 285-35-18s with about 2/3 their original tread.
