LOL no thanks. No performance work on an N/A! Waste of money IMO.
I'm selling my cars soon and hopefully buying a 951. So lets get these vitesse kits rolling.

I just paid for the stage two kit. After speaking with John on the phone for about two hours over the last week and asking him tons of questions I feel very comfortable with this purchase. I plan on spending some quality time on the dyno and I'll be sure to post plenty of charts with various configurations and comparisons. My wife just gave me thumbs up to buy ANYTHING I wanted for my car so I hope someone puts together a group buy for a full suspension/brake package. For those of you guys that are holding out, time is running out on this deal.

Having just installed a stage II kit last week,,the kit is very well organized, straightfoward, and pretty easy install - provided that you have participated in a turbo removal, crossover pipe removal, intake removal,,etc,..before or have friends to help that have. The wiring is easy, ballast resistors, the GRAY wire off the SMT6 will offer the "switchable MAP" if you put it to a single pole toggle switch,,or aftermarket steering wheel with a NO/NC switch I would guess.
The "jwl refresh/Vittesse II" may offer some insight to those about the kit. I wish I could have made some of the pictures bigger but my software didn't offer up much better. If someone can post bigger photos of those photos, within the range of rennlist or other, pm me and I'll send them. Paricularly the turbo shot and engine bay shot.
I talked to Jim yesterday as he was driving the car. His first few impressions at 5psi break in boost(changed rings) is the car feels like it is back stock before the upgrade. So if the 5 psi feels like say 10-11 of stock form,,15psi should be pretty darn nice once tuned.
MYSWISS,,you have a dyno chart of your Stage II yet?

Hi Bret, at 5psi boost, the turbo is not in a OK efficiency map.. At 15psi it will be in the sweet spot (15-20 psi are in a good efficiency range).
Under WOT at 5psi he will run VERY rich unless he fine tunes it with the PB.. So when are you ready for an upgrade LOL.
Thanks for the pointers on the turbo install. I'm around if you guys need to call.

Oh,,,I know. That is one nice turbo. Jim was just talking about how the car wants to jump,,get ready for some good boost. But he's got to break it in first.
Can't decide if I'm going to get your MAF/piggyback or the new LR unit. I have to get my non-LSD tranny back to 944 ecology for my core refund first. I am going to send my turbo back and have it upgraded.

There is no way to richen up the a/f to run more than 15psi on pump gas???
I have seen many other MAF kits and chips sets designed for up to 18 psi with pump gas. Just have to adjust a/f and maybe pull back a little timing.
But, as many have stated, the kit works great even in real low boost levels.

Yes the kit works at higher boost. However I recommend against running more than 15psi on pump gas. With the PB and my chips you can retard timing and do it.. I just don't see the need for it. At 15psi the car is very strong.
