How do you plan to attach those front calipers, adapters or do those fit out of the box?

I dont know, bougt some used from lart, with the late offset. S2 i think.

Not sure if all late offset spindles have radial mounted calipers or not but I wonder if 951 radial mount spindles on bigger radial calipers is possible. Ideally I'd get big blacks but these are hard to get cheap nowdays and superior options like those you got are available cheaper.

Yup. Those are axial not radial..

Wonder if it's possible to mount axial calipers with wider holes on M030 spindles.

Yes, much easier to make axial:radial adapters than radial:radial

Also, don't forget you will need centering rings for those discs.
