How do you plan to attach those front calipers, adapters or do those fit out of the box?

You'll use turbo S front spindles or standard 951?

Not sure if all late offset spindles have radial mounted calipers or not but I wonder if 951 radial mount spindles on bigger radial calipers is possible. Ideally I'd get big blacks but these are hard to get cheap nowdays and superior options like those you got are available cheaper.

Yup. Those are axial not radial..
M030 turbo S spindles look like this.. (picture stolen here: https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-...3o-or-not.html )
Wonder if it's possible to mount axial calipers with wider holes on M030 spindles.

M030 spindles complicate things.
