woo I got mine too, shipping was fairly quick.

Just wondering, towards the ends on each side, does it have a slight curve on the flat portion?? This doesn't look right, but maybe it is the design...

Also is it supposed to come with screws and holes in the splitter, or do you do it yourself...which then I ask how do you install this beauty?

you need to use the old mounting hardware and drill your own holes in it. make them big enough to get in there, i made mine pretty small and took forever to line everything up. looks good in the end though.

do you drill just through the part touching the bumper, or through the underbelly (part facing the floor) as well?

Also did all ya'lls come with scuff marks on the lip? Or was it perfectly smooth and glossy, mine has scuff marks all over the lip with some parts smooth...

I did not install mine yet but my understanding is you drill through the bottom part also.

Mine also needs sanding which from what I have heard on here is to be expected.

Does anbody know if you can line this up with the old undertray and use that as a template to drill the holes?

I havent drilled through the bottom of mine. It would make it alot easier to get on/off but It is possible w/o drilling bottom holes.

Sam,
Did you take your bumper off to do it or just extremely skinny long arms with a car lift...?

Just got my rear bumper and splitter today. Looks great. Does anyone have a good technique for lining up the holes before I get started with drilling. Thanks !!

One suggestion, fit and install with the bumper off the car - it's far easier to do, we test fit on Jon Moeller's car, and the front bumper is under 10 min to remove.

Great Sam Lin, thanks

Did you see my post about the Stealth FX? Its drop in, very simple, works great now that I adjusted the spring rate. But you have to get rid of the intake snorkel to fit...

Hey, I must have missed the post on the StealthFX - I'll do a search.

I made pencil marks for each mounting/drilling location on the forward side/top of the splitter by holding it up to the front of the car. Then measured how far down the screw holes had to be. From there, I made the larger access holes in the bottom of the splitter by lining them up with the screw holes.

I also used bolts with fender washers and lock nuts on each corner in front of the wheels. As well as a bolt and large fender washer underneath ond each side in towards the middle of the splitter.

Mine came with a big scrape on the bottom, but I really didn't mind. Didn't paint mine either, looks good on a black car.
