The VarioCam will be on/off but will be mapped by gear and rpm. We will do a fair bit of dyno testing with the switch points. I will report back on my findings.

Think we have everything now. The engine bay is being resprayed and should be done in a few days. Motor is ready to drop in and then we need to finish plumbing everything.

Ford Mustang 4.6L 2V 75MM Throttle Body. Easily adapted for the TPS. Nice throttle body option for cheap:

Very nicely done! The sleeves have some large flanges. Are they proud from the deck?

Hopefully soon....

Shop installing the motor is waiting on custom IC pipes. The Revline intake is very nice but makes for a very tight plumbing in a street car.

The 16V is such a great looking engine. Nice work!

Shawn, if you have a second, could you do me the favor of measuring the "width" of that throttle body' s flange on the non-throttle-shaft axis?

I don't have a 4.6TB handy.

I'm guessing that throttle body is more suited to a 16V than the 2V due to size??????

The stock Ford 4.6 is a 65mm, or you can get a 70mm from a Ford 5.4 truck engine...or aftermarket 75

And they are CHEAP

Sorry was just referring to that fact it's 75mm. I know Shawn had the 65mm on the 2V setup. Thinking the 75mm would be big for a 2V
