Shawn, if you are running the stock gearbox setup, how do you detect which gear it is in?

VarioCam is Arduino controlled. We use th.e speed sensor from the tranny and rpm to identify the gear.

It is alive but we are chasing an electrical issues. Should have it sorted in a day or two. Love the look of this thing!
