Default Intake nipple leaking

Has anyone seen this... which I would assume is not helping the vacuum situation. I can't find that part on the PET diagrams, as the pictures are not facing the right way. Anyone know if these nipples can be replaced... or am I looking at a new intake? ** OR ** is this more likely just hoses that where not clamped right at some point??

Those are just sort of pressed in place and are known to come out from time to time...
You can pull the barb out with pliers (gently so not to put teeth marks on it), clean the hell out of the barb and hole, and then epoxy/JBWeld it back into the manifold.

If it were a loose hose clamp (or bad hose) I would imagine the barb would have more discoloration on it.
