Try a 9R cam over the stock 5R cam. The torque should not collapse like this with a short runner intake (at least it doesn't on mine)... or your ignition profile really is way lower than what it could be.

im really happy with the curve as is. 400 torques at 3k to 5.5k is nice

after nearly 2 years the only thing I'm planning on doing is driving the hell out of it

Understood!

I just saw that your turbo is a LR53, which could also explain why the torque falls down while nearing the top end. Small turbo for a 3L engine IMO, even an 8V.

That's odd. Your cam may probably be timed with a lot of advance as I would not expect a turbo as large as a GTX3582R to give such a falling torque curve past 5k rpm, especially with a short runner intake.

the tuner basically stopped adding timing when he started seeing diminishing returns. I did not have him max the timing as I'm shooting for reliability.

I also am running a 2.7 head

I do have access to a webcam I could try. havent researched cam's at all

I'm taking about cam timing, not ignition timing. To have that much torque that low with such a large turbo your stock cam may be timed with a lot of advance over the stock cam timing.
Do you have a curve showing boost progression?
