Default Will a 968 60-2 wheel fit on a 951 flywheel?

Question in the title, looking to run electromotive.

Alternatively, does anyone make a 951 flywheel adapted with a 60-2 wheel?

The 968 60-2 is an integral part of its fly wheel.

Yeah, but it can be separated and installed onto 951 flywheel, my friend did that on his 3.0.

Would it be easier to use an S2 flywheel? They are also 60-2

You would need the S2 clutch and bellhousing also.

Thanks for the replies. This (S2 clutch and bellhousing) might be the easiest route for me. Would I also need an S2 starter or will the 951 starter fit or are they the same. Any issues with the crossover, I have a two-piece already.

This shows how i solwed the problem with 60-2 trigger and the 951 flywheel.
Works great with a 968 sensorbracket.

Been there, done that, had issues. I really don't like the fact that the front mounted sensors are unprotected and out in the elements. I also have concerns about how the Clewett is mounted to the tensioner. I know a lot of people do it that way but I want something more stock and more reliable.

Can someone post some pics of where exactly the Clewett one mounts? I don't think it's on the tensioner like some other sensors.

I'm trying to make this decision too for my next engine. I have an S2 assembly, but the pressure plate and clutch are smaller than the 951 and I have a fidanza light weight flywheel in my 951 that I'd like to reuse.

S2 starter and 951 starter are interchangeable.

The Clewett just clamps on, you can see the clamp fixture on the first picture below. Michael Mount uses a bolt on solution for the front mounted wheel that I bought from him and have fitted on one of my cars, its a solid piece and works well (2nd picture). Still, I'm looking for a rear mount solution for the current build and the S2 option seems the most feasible. Thank you for confirming the starters.

I thought the clamping part was for the sensor and the two holes get bolts. I'm wondering which bolts are used. IIRC it's Chris White's setup that clamps to the tensioner.
