Alignment Tool 9215
Hey everyone,
I was hoping you could help me with the dimensions for the 9215 Alignment Tool for the OPRV. Either that or where I can get one?
If someone in the Indianapolis area has one that would be awesome, and I would share many beers to use it.
Thanks,
Rob

I recommend you do use one, if it is misaligned, the likelihood that the oil pressure will be off increases significantly. I have the late one that I can lend you... Just PayPal me for shipping from Portland OR. Shoot me a pm if you really want it.

I can put a mic on the tools in the morning. What OPRV do you have?

Hey, I am in Hillsboro and was hoping by some miracle you still have the alignment tool. I need one and cannot currently find one other than a 3D print that has never been printed and tested.

Any suggestions for how to screw this thing back in? Trying to avoid the delay and cost of upgrading to the 1 piece OPRV as its about 200$ from 944online

Hey this is Jason's (Jmac944) son Shea. We got ahold of the alignment tool (9215) from that ebay listing mentioned. We've started the process of rebuilding the front end/oil cooler, and the point we are stuck at is putting the OPRV back in. It is the early 3-piece style. It's been an absolute pain to try and compress the spring back into the block while also trying to spin the threads so it will hold.

I take it back, with a little finagling and sheer power of will, I managed to get it to thread in.
