A new owner of a 1986 951, the power steering rack blew a leak after a slow leak ran it dry.
I see lot's of r/r threads, including Clark's Garage and others.
However, at 58 years old, with good mechanical experience, I'm wondering how hard this removal/replacement is?
I've not worked from underneath, and that's what I'll be doing with jack stands. Should I attempt? I live in Denver and there ire no repair options for the 944.
