Anyone care to post / share some screen shots of where I should start?

Like woodworking: Coarse tuning, then medium, then fine.
Start with the global fuel adjustment to get in the ball-park (coarse).
Then move to the MAF compensation table (medium/fine).
Then finally adjust the target tables (fine).

Just a quick update, followed the walk-through on Rogue's website, everything seems normal except when I attempt to start the car it will not fire as if it isn't getting fuel / spark. Tachometer is not bouncing when I turn the key to crank, just exercising the starter... any thoughts on what I should check next?

Got it running with Joshua's help. Initial BIN file was corrupt, new bin allowed it to fire but it would instantly die. Discovered the FQS was 4 clicks out, adjusted global fuel and MAF transfer tables and car idles very smooth right now. Going to wait for my WB02 and my logger from Rogue so I can see what I'm doing and will report back here.

Hi friends
Quick question for you guys more experienced than I with the tuner..
I would like to disable open/closed-loop operation in the DME to get tuning of fuel/ignition done.
For now I am just going to run my wideband sensor in the narrow-band bung on the exhaust. I need to replace my NBO2 sensor anyways so I figure this is a good time.
On the DME-tuner the notes on the closed-loop adjustments say "Leave alone, unless you know what you are doing!" and I'm not sure if I do
So since you all know what you are doing, how can I just "turn off" the DME looking for an O2 sensor signal/default switching to rich-running when it can't find one?

Under 'Lambda', open the 'Closed-Loop Threshold: Instant' table.
Put all values to something really low, like 5. Save, upload to the DME.
This will prevent the system from entering closed-loop.
Once you are done tuning, put the orginial values back.
(*edit* this specific table is on the NA-Tune only)

What about adjusting the cold start fuel amount.
Here is the situation. Car starts and idles. After say 30 seconds idle drops dramatically. When cold car stalls. When warm car idles.
