Such an animal does not exist. A gt3071 or maybe a 2871 would fit the bill but isnt bolt on. A precision billet 5431 (really a 5457, basically a billet .50 trim) would also make that kind of power easily and match a k26 in spool up, but it has a T3 exhaust housing. It could be made to bolt up though if you added a reproduction kkk turbine housing to it. Nearest thing that is bolt on is probably a 50 trim dbb with a replica kkk housing but that still wont spool up as fast as a k26.

I have installed / witnessed several Batmo wheels into Duramax LB7 motors, basically dropped in no re balancing with no ill effects at around 30 psi

The 100 hp is probably quoted because the better and more fficient wheel allows to up the boost more and get these results. Stock K26 compressor wheels have really bad efficiency above 1.1-1.2 bars.

Any updates on numbers or other experience from someone who is using K26 Drop-In BatMoWheel on K26/6 or K26/8 turbo? I am considering to go this rout with my K26/6 and the goal is to achieve around 300 WHP on pump gas.

Probably better results with a k27 housing with an upgraded wheel.

Your are right that respective hot side would have better results on bigger turbos (even k26/8 would be much better), but I will work with what I have and try to achieve around 300 WHP with modified K26/6 on pump fuel. Will put on Raceboys 951 plug&pally VEMS. There are some 951's that have over 300 WHP with K26/8 on pump fuel.

No i mean a k27 compressor housing with an aftermarket compressor wheel. You'll see better gains that way. The idea of the k27 compressor housing is to allow a bigger more efficient compressor wheel instead of pushing the limits of the small compressor wheel.

Quickly searched ebay end found only K27 cold side housing.

This will be my first turbo related mod thus I do not want to make it too complicated. It would be ideal if I could source used K26/8 hot side housing and swap it with my K26/6 one.

Don't bother with K27 housing, your goal is achievable without it too.

They claim up to 100 hp more with otherwise stock turbo, if Audis have adhieved this, you should have no problems with 951 as AAN head may have 4 valves but it still flows badly (194cfm vs 180ish of 951).

Today got my K26/6 beck from local turbo shop. They installed and balanced K26 Drop-In BatMoWheel on the cold side and machined the hot side to 54.5mm (OEM K26/6 has 50mm and K26/8 has 56mm) and installed also bigger wheel. They also took lighter shaft (from K26 that goes in Audi's if I undeerstood them correctly). They changed 270 thrust bearings to 360 thrust bearings. that should be more durable. There were some burned oil marks before the rebuild. Now the turbo looks like new and it is some kind of K26/7.5 hybrid

Here are some pictures after the rebuild.

I am doing engine rebuild so it will take a month or two to finish it. It will run VEMS made by Raceboy and I plan to get near to 300 whp on pump fuel. Plan to make the dyno in the summer. Will post results.

Balancing a part that spin in excess of 150.000rpm is a very good idea.

There are definitely ill efects just not very obvious untill turbo grenades.
