Default Looking for Cup 1s

I'm currently running Cup 1s (17x7.5 and 17x9) on an 88 951S. Was wondering if:

1. They make them in 17x8 and 17x10 with an et 55 offset

2. Can I and or will it be too much to put 17x9s up front and 10s in the rear

I prefer the look of the one piece, the 3 pc seem like a bit much, but I cant seem to find them so any help will be appreciated...

Thanks guys

10's in back and 9's in front is what im planning on running once i find some 9's. It will definitely clear with 2.5" springs, not sure with stock.

Ive been finding 9s all day on ebay. Where did you find your 10's? Also, how is the fit with M030/Koni's?

17X10s do not exist
17X8s are rare, they only came on in the 993 winter wheel package... and only in cup 2s.

17X9s fit on all four corners. Id use 255 front tires and 275 rear. Also, a little bit of negative camber up front goes a long way.

Like Lee stated, if you want a 10" rim you'll need to step up to 18's. I'm running OEM solid spoke narrow body 996 carrera wheels, 18x10 ET 65 rear (with 32mm spacers so net ET 33) and 18x7.5 ET 50 (with 25mm spacers so net ET 25) on an early offset car. There is miles of room up front for a wider wheel in terms of clearance to the springs, and I didn't have to roll my fenders. The rears are close, I could fit an 11" wheel but it'd be reeeeal tight up against the suspension unless you pushed the wheel way out and rolled the fenders. With the 32mm spacers my rears stick out 13mm past stock, they fill out the fenders perfectly and I didn't have to roll the rears either. Camber settings are pretty normal, -1.5* up front and -1.2* rear and ride height is not too much lower than stock.

You may also consider getting the 17X9's widened an inch, the cost averages $250 per wheel. They widen the rear part of the wheel, so you can use a spacer to adjust the offset a bit if it rubs on the inside. Im not sure that there are any type of regular summer tires for anything over a 275mm rear tire width, I'd check first.

Cup 1's do come in 17x8; I have one, just one though. If anyone has another, let me know....

Hey Lee do you think they can widen the wheels by 2" or is that too much? Do you have a web addy for a company that does this? Thanks
