Hey folks,
I have an AEM Tru Boost EBC plus Tial F38 DPWG that I'm going to put in shortly.
As for the solenoid - what is the best mounting location to protect it from heat?

I have a Profec B ( older version i.e. big solenoid ) so I dont know how it compares with yours ?
I put mine between the battery and the Vac booster ( container )
See this thread I Velcro'ed mine to the battery
Opposite of how Vic did his
https://rennlist.com/forums/944-turb...-photos-2.html
I like his better but mine was much easier![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Hope that helps

If you're using a MAC type of solenoid, I would suggest that you mount it to the speed and reference connector bracket so that any of the vibration / noise coming from the valve is not transmitted thru the chassis. I welded a small tab on to the connector bracket and it has worked out well for noise and placement.
