I connected a LED, positive leg to + of the coil and - leg to - of the coil: when the engine misfire the led switch off for a longer time than normal

Problem solved!!
It was a bad RPM sensor wiring

I Made a mistake: it was the REF SENSOR wiring, but is the same ; )
