There are no 'correct' settings. It's totally up to you and your car plus track. Start with full soft and work your way through. I found that full hard on rear made the car want to rotate but that may not be the same for you. Sorry.

Patrick, full soft front and full firm rear?
Started firming up the rear (almost full stiff)
Haven't touched front (still neutral) maybe time to play with front?!

It's been a while since we first installed the Tarretts and the car was quite different back then but I think we started with full soft front and rear. Pretty sure we finished with about 3/4 front and half rear but don't quote me. I think we're still on half or less on the rear. The front is no longer on the car. But it would vary from car to car quite a lot. Size of wheels/tyres, spring rates, track and driver preference all play a massive part Dwayne. You really do have to find what suits your car the best.

I run half front full soft rear, can't imagine ever running it past even half at the rear on the track, maybe for motorkhana or the like if you wanted high rotation.

Three Wheelin'
I run mine both full soft on street and track. These bars are HUGE, so start full soft and adjust accordingly.
Whatever your settings are, be sure that there is zero preload on the drop links when the suspension is at rest and the wheels are on the ground (drive each end up on ramps to do the initial setup). Both bars need to be able to freely pivot within their bushings, so it is important to gradually tighten all of the hardware for the front brackets while continually checking for free movement of the bar. Adjust each drop link length so the mounting bolts can be threaded in by hand and align the spherical rod ends so the drop link can pivot freely back and forth for maximum articulation. You can then do small adjustments at the track without re-setting drop link length.

Yes, good advice re the pre-load. I'm sure we've snapped some drop links before.

Follow the above advice. Settings are car (and sometimes track) dependent.
I usually adjust the rear bar to get the handling I want for certain tracks. Tracks with several hi-speed sweepers get a softer rear setting to keep the car neutral. Tracks w/ many tight, slow corners get a firmer rear bar to induce some oversteer.
