What is the wrench size to the O2 sensor?
Title says it all. I've seen 22mm, 24 mm, and 15/16ths. So what is the correct size? Thanks!

I've worked on cars where you really need that slotted socket to get around the harness (RX7 IIRC), but on the 951 an open end wrench (or even crescent wrench) does the trick just fine.

The trouble I had was that I didn't have an open end wrench in 22mm and the crescent was to wide, so I couldn't make it work from under the car. Once the turbo was out, no problem. Tom, If I'm running WBO2 can I plug the stock sensor hole, or must I replace it. The wires were burned through, so I have to do one or the other. Thanks!

Well for any kind of street car you'll want the dme to have an O2 signal so you can stay in closed loop. If you have a simulated narrow band output on your windband, like Zeitronix has, you can send that signal to the DME in place of the factory O2 sensor. The factory narrow band sensor is better for this though as it seems to react quicker and be designed for AFR's right around 14.7. If it were me, I'd just put in a new sensor. If you opt to wire in the simulated signal, the old factory sensor makes a perfect plug for the port...

I would try one of these. I always found the O2 sensor sockets to be a pain in the ***.
