But he told me that was just his new c/f Jet Fighter steering wheel...nothing to do with paddle shift.

The gearbox is from Kaps Transmissions. 6 speed sequential straight cut dog box supporting 1000 Nm.

I'm happy to say the shifter is not from a JAS 39 Gripen, that would have been messy
