That figures ,,,, I assumed it would take the same fitting as the V8 version as well . Good thing I didn’t order one yet then . I also emailed Spec about the dual disc clutch . I got an answer back , but I believe it was just a generic answer . All I would really need to see is a pic of the flywheel . I might try getting back in touch again later this week .

Here's a pic of my Spec aluminum flywheel. Note that the part number marked on it is incorrect. SA81A would have an 8-bolt pattern (TT-RS crank). Mine is the SV81A, which has the 6-bolt pattern.

Here are some more pics: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-spec-clu...eel/sv81a~spc/

How thick is the pilot bearing adapter ? Thick being the back that mounts against the flywheel , to the front of the bearing . With that number , I can ask them the distance from the front of the mounting face , to the front of the friction surface .

Does this give you what you're looking for? If I understand, the answer is 0.694" minus 0.079" = 0.615"

Same story here! I was under the car when doing the splitter and noticed the AC compressor didn’t line up correctly and it was shredding the belt. Time to shed some more weight!

Mucho envious @hinton , that's my plan next year. I like to run a car relatively stock for a while to get aquainted with it and used to the performance, then change it so I can fully appreciate the extra modifications I make. In this case it looks like I just get 3 iterations 😁

I jumped the gun a bit, but I’m going to use this for the NA setup as well!

That will definitely be interesting to see. When you go turbo, are you thinking normal or reverse rotation? Think it'll be easier to point the exhaust out and down if it's reverse?

I’m going to use standard rotation. Having the header come forward allows endless mounting options, and I’m not against running the exhaust out of the hood haha. Mine is going to be very much a budget build!

Did some compressor mapping last night and believe it or not the Garrett GT3071 and GT3076 are too small for 475-500 crank horsepower. The GT3582 actually gets the nod.

I didn’t map the GTX series, but I did map Alan’s G25-660 and it was perfect. Because I’m sticking to a budget build I will be using a Chinese ball bearing GT35, which are around $450 for a “quality” one.

if anyone needs a compressor mapped let me know, I still have all the info.

Garrett's website has all the info as well, I did some rough calcs & came to the same conclusion. 660 looks good.

Yeah, its amazing how well suited the 660 is and how “small” it really is. It’s just cost prohibitive for some. I plotted the GTX3071 and GTX3076 earlier today and they still aren’t ideal for our needs. The GTX3582 gen 2 looks great.

I tried to find maps on Precision’s website in case people were interested in those but I couldn’t find them? Anyone have access to them? I’d be interested to see what the PT5858 and PT6062 looked like.
