For now ill just raise it back to stock height, and winter is coming, im thinking of geting new controll arms with longer pins and other hardware for spring and gonna do it right next time

You got very lucky. I'm glad wasn't at speed. It's a little more work, but glad that you and your car are safe.

I remember slicing my forearms and hands up because I refused to take half of the car apart to replace the rear speakers.

You can just undo half of the panel and slip your arms up there to work. Especially you with those long spaghetti arms... I wish I had those type of arms at times.

They are good when you have to work on those tight spaces

My thoughts for this winter maintanance:
Change all the brake disks
Rebuild calipers
Flush the hydraulic system
Find a left assembly for hand brake ( no hamd brake at this time)
Replace shot struts in the back
Change timing belt balance shaft belt.
Replace all rollers
Install lightweight pulleys
Change a/c compressor (front mount braket is broken on a/c)
Change both axles
Deal with oil leaks
Reflush gearbox oil with thinner oil
Change starter motor
Upgrade from a-tune to m-tune
Deal with exhaust leaks

Looks like its gonna hit my wallet pretty hard, but i need to prep the car for next season
