Let's see if you have torsion bars. If you do, then the M030 struts and springs probably already match the torsion bars perfectly (without the coilovers). If that's the case, then just confirm what you are trying to accomplish - if it's just to lower the car, then permanently remove the rear coilovers, use the rear eccentric bolt on the spring plate to adjust the rear height, and use the collar on the front struts to adjust front height, and you're done.

Well yeah but the thing is rear is already much lower than front, and i have front at the lowest position, thats why i was looking at shorter springs

Have you tried adjusting the eccentric bolt on the rear to see if you can get it to the desired height? My bet is that it's on the lowest possible position right now, and you probably have a lot of room to raise it.
You don't want to lower the fronts any more with the current setup. One, the range of travel on the struts will not be correct. Two, you haven't swapped the ball joint pins with longer pins (but maybe you already have the longer pins - you should disconnect one of the pins from the spindle to find out).

Yeah, call me crazy, but before i slamm it i wanted to have everything leveled up, all the time i had my car my rear left was lower than rear right, now its at level, and car looks good since front and back is leveled up now, waiting for springs and wheels now, then the nightmare begins

I know you've already made your choice to slam the car, and I must say nice choice on the wheels. They will look good on a red car.
However, IMHO these cars have a much better stance with stock-ish ride height and taller wheels.
Have you considered keeping the track-ready suspension and going with a 17" or 18" wheel/tire combination?
You may have to roll the fenders, but in my experience fitting the wheel into the fender well works better than fitting the car to the wheels.
Not everybody's cup of Jack n' Coke, but this way you would get form AND function.
And you might save some time and money as opposed to dropping it low girl, drop it drop it low girl.

Well wheels will be 18" ad i think i should be right on the spot on fitment. The only thing i will do to suspension will be going from 14" tall 160 rate springs to 10" tall 425rate springs so that should be some what of improvement since my rear has.much more spring rate. And i will be able to raise and lower it anytime so tracking it will be still an availability

your the only person i know that takes a DE car with good settings and suspension destroys it due to fitment and stance.... DUDE you can't just lower and raise car without changing your toe camber etc everytime. what about corner balancing the car LMAO. i know you have no clue what i am talking about. So hear is your solution.
Your solution to your fitment and stance issues are to air bag the car.

Too much money. Your first suggestion to cut the springs was better. $4.99 for a hacksaw at Home Depot (or, get fancy and spend $20 to buy a nice Dremel cutting bit) and 10 minutes in the garage = BAM. Stanced. That frees up capital for wheels, paint, body kit, and a laundry hamper to pick up the trail of dropped panties the car is sure to leave behind.
