Cant seem to link it. I have an 86 turbo. 12v 100w for fogs. Just plug and play?

I used 100w bulbs for my turbo driving lights, with the stock wiring all the way to the fog-light switch on the dash. I just bought the ones at Oreillys that said they fit the turbo fog lights.
They are bright enough to work as headlights most of the time. Only in the reaally dark places do you need the popups as well.
For foglights...they don't really cast out very much so having a brighter bulb really wouldn't accomplish much for your own visibility, only for that of others...
