Clewett setup is a piece of art. The sensor on these pics is not the one you get with the setup though.

That should work good. But if you for any reason have some issues with it it's easier to work on it if the trigger wheel is at the front. I've often had more interference and noise with the sensor back at the flywheel.

Something else we are talking to SPEC about is a new clutch kit for the 944T like their current
Stage 1 thru 5 kits only using this same T/O bearing set-up. These would be a Push type PP
versus a Pull. This would eliminate the Fork and slave problem for good and still be able to use
a kit as friendly as a Stage 1. Their initial comments were they may be less expensive. More to come with this, but it's PRI time and nothing gets done on this front for now.

That was an idea we proposed to SPEC, and their main man said they can do it.
Once they get back from PRI, we had asked them to look closer at this and get it
rolling. This twin took about 2-3 months from idea to finished part, so a Push type could be that far off as well.
As soon as we know it's going to happen, we will share that. Then we will follow
with the 944 and 968 kits.

Has any progress been made on this "push-type" conversion?
