Very cool, Reno. I always liked these. Probably for similar reasons to the 944.. the fat puckered 80s fenders.
Driving position is certainly very different than a 944 but that's also one of the things I like about the older Bimmers... visibility is awesome. In an E30 you can see all 4 corners of the car (corners, literally, thanks to the box shape) from the driver's seat. IMO it makes "placing" the car very easy.
I used to have an E21 320is (factory Recaros, BBS wheels)... slow as hell (pretty sure a tired 944 N/A would run away from it) but WAY fun to drive.

Reno great to have you in the 2 best cars of the 80's club love mine going on 14 years and it compliments the the 88T/S perfectly you have to join the s14.net and the bmw sig clubs we have a big car show this weekend in NJ more then 50 m3s and many exotics see you there

Reno great to have you in the 2 best cars of the 80's club love mine going on 14 years and it compliments the the 88T/S perfectly you have to join the s14.net and the bmw sig clubs we have a big car show this weekend in NJ more then 50 m3s and many exotics see you there
