The axle is fine. The car is running good, my trip from here is 4 hrs (no cruise control) to ATL should be no problem? I'll be there by 7pm.

How does the weather look down there? I'm debating whether or not I should go right now, don't want to drive an hour to get rained on...

 

It rained but we had a great time. 30+ cars were there!

 

Yes, what a great event. Unbelievable turn out. We had all three of our cars at the event. My wife had a good time and my son is still talking about it. Really want to thank Elliott (drift a 944) for putting this together.

On the way home I stopped at the Quick Trip and when I came out two cops were shining flash lights into my car. I approached and told them it was my car and could I help them. Then one of them said his brother had a 944 and they REALLY liked my car. They even got a call and said they were tied up and then asked me a bunch more questions about my car. Crazy for sure.

Hey guys! Thanks to everyone who was able to make it out to the meet despite the rainy drives getting there, and the rain break halfway through the meet... If it weren't for all you guys this type of event would not happen! I was super happy to see so many cars show up!! I will have to do a final count after reviewing my pictures. I am still recovering from our Tail of the Dragon run today (just got home) so I will try to upload and post all my photos from the meet and the Dragon run tomorrow.
