Depends where the engine and tranny sit in relation to the axles... His car the engine is bolted directly to the tranny and axles to that so less energy is being wasted as its transferred to the wheels. Our cars for example have the engine, drive-shaft, then tranny and axles so we'll lose more cause it will take more energy to bring that power down to the tranny out through the axles. A car with a mid engine wouldn't loose much either since its right on top. Then when you compare fwd vs mid then its the question is it easier to pull or push something. At least that's how I understand it anyway if I am wrong I'm sure someone will Molotov Cocktail me and a blaze of glory.

stuff like this is insulting, if you gonna race a car like that might is well go for a M5 or M6 to keep it challenging, Acura? OMG what is this world coming to?

We need about 400 WHP to be really competitive in a straight line. Then you have the whole challenge of launching a turbo car. These old gals are still good around a curvy track, but in a straight line its a tough competition.

The 951's in stock form or close to stock form are not that fast anymore. Think about it. Mustangs run 11's stock, and f bodies run low 12's or high 11's.

stock Mustang's run 11's??? isn't the 2013 Shelby GT500-662hp is first to break into 11's??
Stock '6 GT2's were able to hit 11.9/121 with heavy abuse, and no stock 5.0 Stang can think of keeping up...
