Fmic Cutout
Did anyone ever cut out their front bumper (removing the towing bracket etc) to fit an fmic?
I'd like to see some pictures so I can decide if I want to do it!!
thanks
Kim

Why not just use a LR stage II? Simpler, cleaner, and unless you are going up in displacement flows plenty enough for any 2.5L.

Yup. I am very happy with my LR stage 2.

I kept the tow hook, but did have to shave some off the bumper support. My bumper was also an aftermarket FG one, so I didn't have to cut much off the bumper cover itself. I've heard the stock bumper interferes more. Flipped the wiring harness under the front support and ground down the studs. I was going to drill holes in the sheet metal behind it/remove it and make some ducting but the car never made it to that point.
Dimensions 24"x11"x3" with 2.5" I/O
