Default Overheating issue. Upgrade? Or problem?

My porsche 944 turbo 1986 overheats when it sits still for more then 2 minutes. Water pump is good i hope, only upgrades are MBC, Clutch and flywheel, Lindsey chip, Duel port wastegate. Both fans do work. help or suggestion?
Thank you

Make sure all air is out of the coolant system. Use a coolant pressure tester (you can borrow one from AutoZone) and pressurize the coolant system to about 6-7 psi. Then bleed air from the bleeder valve. This is done with the car off and not hot. I have found this to be a must otherwise I would always run high temp at idle.

Mine was doing same and we have just found a small leak in radiator when we pressure tested. Previous pressure test a few months before hand didn't show any leak. I did hit a fox a few months earlier and that caused a lot of grief and I suspect what weakened radiator although it looks like it is original so maybe just age

Mine ran hot, but not overheating after waterpump; belts; thermostat were replaced. Traced to a bad expansion tank cap not holding pressure; cap and tank were not too old as they were replaced two years prior to belts.
