What's the Part Number for this?
Looking for the part number for the plate with two studs in this picture. It is part of the oil cooler mounting hardware on a 951and/or the oil cooler hose bracket -- between the two rubber mounting grommets that hold the cooler to the frame. This pic came from an 88-S (ed's).
Sunset couldn't find the part number. Can you? Thanks!

Good one. Not sure. Just went through the PET myself for you and didn't find anything either. My guess is that it's not a separate part - it might be part of a larger object (radiator? core support?)
There's always Lart...

I just checked the hardcopy of the Parts and Technical Reference Catalog that I have and it shows that as part of the actual oil cooler assembly and not a separate part. I hope that helps.

Made my own. Cut a piece off a one inch flat bar, drilled and tapped for the studs, screwed the studs only half way into the holes, so I could spot weld them in place. Then ground the welds flat, powder coated the base, and Viola!
Edit: seemed to be some problem uploading pictures tonight -- will try again later...

Josh, if you have that part sitting around, would you mind posting its dimensions? Length, width, thickness, distance between stud centers, and stud height? When I start my multi-billion dollar 951 oil cooler mounting plate reproduction business, I want them to be accurate knock offs. Looks like my plate is a bit wider than the original...

I don't think it should matter as it goes in from behind but it may show more
