Default Stock Turbo 1/4 Mile Times?

Does anyone know what a decently modded 951 might run at the dragstrip on the stock turbo? I just realized that I haven't stumbled across this info yet. Also, I took my car to the dragstrip last weekend for the second time and ran a 13.4 @ 107.5mph. I was happy with the time considering I launched it pretty bad. After the run I popped the hood to cool it down and I could smell burned clutch. I need practice to properly launch a light, torquey, RWD car. I hit a 2.3 second 60 Ft time, so I know there's room for improvement if I work at it. I also realized that if I do a couple simple mods, like a test pipe, and practice a little I might be able to get the car into the 12's. I don't know about you guys, but I was happy to think that this car can go 12's on a stock turbo.

Very impressive for a stock turbo. The best I ran with a stock turbo with a pretty much clamped waste gate was a 13.8 @102 iirc. I am at a pretty high elevation (da is generally 7000+)

A stock turbo generally runs 13.9-14.5@99-100

I wonder if your turbo has been modified? That's a pretty high mph.

I remember when Bob was racing his at sea level with 16 psi it ran low 14's@100

K26-6 or K26-8?

Either way that is a pretty good run!

Thanks! I guess I'm doing something right.
Short mods list is a 3" exhaust with high flow cat, speed/density conversion, E85, EBC, tuning, and upgraded IC pipes. Still on the stock IC and stock 26-6 turbo unless someone swapped my turbo when I wasn't looking. I have a feeling I'm due for a turbo upgrade soon.

My 86 with Allan Johnson chips ran 14 in Edmonton with my friend driving it. I have it on VHS from 1994. He drove it to the track for me i was away working at the time....reason i was not driving.

wow...nice run!

I've spent many years at the drags but frankly don't have the ***** to launch the car, just don't wanna break her. I went from a slow roll (1st gear) against my buddies Caddy STS-V (he ran a 12.90@109 last year) and I simply walked away from him.

Again..very nice ET and MPH!
