Lart probably has some if he hasn't sent the entire bumper in for scrap aluminum.

Steve,

You just need the threaded block & not the full bumper...correct? If so, I have one.

PM me your shipping address and I'll get it out to you via FedEx. I'm traveling so it might take a week or so to get it to you.

That OK? No charge on the block or shipping.

Cheers,

Rick

I decided to tow the car up my driveway with the golf cart . Dummy me forgot the parking brake was on . I had a little angle on it and split it in two . Good news is the parking brake works and the golf cart has crazy torque

Thanks Rick for helping me out with the part

At least it didn't take off without you like mine did when I thought the trailer was level... ummmm but wasn't.

Yeah. Pulled the car in thinking the trailer was level. Shut off the engine, put it in neutral. Let off brake. No movement. Cool. Climb out of the car, get out of the trailer and happen to look up and.... ****! The car is rolling backwards. I run to the side of the car as it's exiting the trailer (on it's own) and try to slow it down by the A pillar (the only thing I could grab onto). And I might was well of weighed nothing because I had zero affect the car acceleration out of the trailer.

Yeah

Then it picked up speed, as it's dragging me through a parking lot... and it's now approaching a nice looking black Escalade. Crap! I grab the steering wheel (before I had a removable steering wheel), and yank it to turn the car.

The car misses the Escalade, backs up a curb, and bam... in to a tree. A tree which kept the car from going down a fairly large embankment.

So yeah... I get it.

Tony I am sitting here laughing at my desk. Only because I cant tell you how many crazy things I have seen over the years with trailering. One of the reasons I left my parking brake in place on the race car .
Thanks and keep posting pics of your insane progress- I love your new car
