Mtune, which injectors/maf?

I recently had an engine fire, which burned up the top half of my engine, including my mtune injectors and my maf (the housing is ok, but the maf looks bad). I've been trying to get some from Josh, but hes been really busy. Car is going back together and I would love to not have to wait on these.
Anyone know what he uses, and where online to buy?

Ouch, that sucks to hear.
Well hey I can empathize. I have an M-tune setup with a Turbonetics 50 trim. Had the car finally running perfect for the past month, and then Boom! My Kevlar Racing Belt
broke on the freeway at 60 mph. Thrashed my engine.
I am having the head rebuilt as we speak, sigh.
Hope yours comes back together better than ever.

Sorry to hear about that, its becoming more and more common lately. I assume you were running the stock junk metal fuel rail and that was the cause? If I were you, while the head is off, I would take the time to port it and maybe install some +1mm oversized valves and bring the car back better than ever. Good luck, and hope you're driving soon!

the issue was my own fault. I had my fuel rail off, and when re-installing the injectors, one was not completely seated inside the rail (instead the o-ring was pushed over the injector, so it seemed like it was seated). Didnt even see an issue till I got it out to the track ![Frown](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
luckally I dont have to pull the head. Wiring harness, injectors, hoses, timing belt etc, etc,. Not too bad overall.
I did pull the cam tower so I could clean and paint it to match the exterior. Red and Yellow intake/cam tower!!

I registered for the DE, and am planning on taking my m3 (the 944 wont be ready), but im thinking of bailing. That would be good weekend to wrench, and while I love driving the m3, its not a race car
