Could this be one of the other rare Canadian spec silver roses? Hopefully whoever buys it gets in touch with some other owners.

Wouldn't the option code be able to tell if it was really one of those rare silver rose 951s? Because anyone could simply repaint it to that color or else.

Definately not U.S. Spec. All U.S. Turbo S cars had airbags.

Saw it today and took pics/video for prospective buyer. It does appear to be a Silver Rose, but didn't appear to have the upgraded brakes. I just don't know enough about the Canada cars to know. If the deal falls through, I'll make the info available here.

It does, indeed, appear to be a Silver Rose Turbo S with a limited slip diff.

An easy way to tell would be to pop the hood and look for the frame stiffening traingular brackets.

Hey Guys,

Here are the option codes for that Vehicle.

A27 c36 f35 220 418 288 685 758 990

Notice the 220 for LSD and the 758 for the Turbo S. Honestly, the seller is a little clueless about this car. He bought it last year and now wants to get rid of it. If you're looking for something as your first 951, you might want to pass on this because after the pics/vid that Michelle kindly sent me, there's some work to be done. 6k$ is a bargain price for a 951 but it's hard to tell when there's no history of maintenance on the vehicle and well it's suspicious enough that he had to repaint the color to Silver Rose...

Anyways, I was the first buyer who was interested. I'm going to pass on this one because of the strict importation rules we have here in Quebec.... Keep us updated to whoever that will pick up this jewel! Michelle has the pics/vids and she saw the car personally today for me so she's your best shot to know the car better Thanks again Michelle!

A respray isn't all THAT suspicious. My car was resprayed and it had no prior accident history, and no visual evidence of collision. As always, to anyone interested in this car, a proper PPI by someone who knows these cars (preferably with a lift) will be key before any commitment to purchase.

The steering wheel is black, shift boot is black and the cloth seats are not right for the silver rose. Those are all high wear items and could have certainly have been replaced over the years with the wrong colour. The doors are right, but the missing M030 brakes is puzzling. Do we have a VIN for this car?

He replaced the front seats. Here's the options codes from the trunk:
